From ok to terrible
The ad tech implementation is incredibly bad. Does anyone working at the Post actually use the app? You are treating paying customers like crap. Frequency, volume on, repetitiveness of ads have made the NY Post app almost unusable. Wont be renewing.
Word of advice: create a free tier with all the ad load you want,but dont hose your paying subs with bad user experience. Guarantee retention and engagement are dropping. Death spiral..
